Google API & Gmail Data

If you choose to connect your Google account, AspiraFlows may request limited Gmail access strictly to send emails that you explicitly compose or approve within the application.

We do not read, analyze, or store your inbox content. We do not send emails automatically or without user initiation.

AspiraFlows’ use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How We Use Personal Information

  • Provide and operate the AspiraFlows platform
  • Enable job search and outreach functionality
  • Send emails through Gmail only upon user request
