Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AspiraFlows (the “Service”). The Service is operated by AspiraFlows Ltd (“AspiraFlows”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
The Service
AspiraFlows provides tools to support job discovery, outreach, and workflow organization. The Service is a productivity tool and does not provide legal, financial, or employment advice.
Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach.
Acceptable Use (Anti-Spam & Compliance)
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party policies (including email provider policies and anti-spam laws).
- Do not use the Service to send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or messages that violate applicable anti-spam laws (including consent and opt-out requirements where applicable).
- Do not use the Service to harass, abuse, defame, or violate the rights of others, or to send deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading communications.
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
- Do not reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or used the Service in a way that risks harm to others, our infrastructure, or third-party platforms.
User Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit, upload, or create using the Service (including resumes/CVs, preferences, and outreach drafts) (“User Content”).
You grant AspiraFlows a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, transmit, and display User Content solely to operate, provide, and improve the Service, and to comply with legal obligations.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to provide User Content and that it does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.
Gmail Integration
If you choose to connect your Gmail account, you authorize AspiraFlows to send emails that you explicitly compose or approve within the application. AspiraFlows does not read or store inbox content and does not use Gmail data for advertising.
You are solely responsible for the content you create, approve, and send via Gmail through the Service, including ensuring it complies with applicable law and third-party policies.
Payments, Billing & Cancellation
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected plan.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
AspiraFlows does not guarantee job offers, interviews, replies, or any specific outcomes. Results depend on factors outside our control.
Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google, Stripe). Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, or changes they make.
Service Availability, Changes & Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AspiraFlows will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AspiraFlows’ total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to AspiraFlows for the Service in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
